monthly meeting the last Sunday of the month, January 29, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (PDT).  Via Zoom (info<br />
below)...<br><br>Again, we will go over recent outreach efforts from 12-17-22, and plan for the next Town Hall event in<br />
January, unless pushed for February...<br><br>The 2nd KPFK Town Hall for 2022 was not able to be promoted on air by the<br />
IGM, so is being discussed, planned for January or February 2023.<br><br>The Chair of the KPFK-LSB Outreach Chair has<br />
been suspended by the PNB without proper due process.  In the mean time, on January 19th, the PNB is planning a hearing<br />
for the Chair Bella De Soto to be heard.<br>All is under contingency of such legal action...<br><br>The IGM should be in<br />
attendance at the January Outreach meeting.<br><br>Proposal for day of activities at the Station Parking Lot... <br />
Books/DVD&#39;s/CD&#39;s/Art Works, and more to raised funds for KPFK, but to bring back our listening community back to<br />
our non-commercial Radio Station.  This event will capitalize on February&#39;s theme of African/American month of<br />
celebration. Music, Poetry reading, warm refreshments, snacks, etc.  <br>This effort is also being coordinated with the<br />
local Fund Raising Committee.<br>Go over comments from Listeners/Members, then itemize issues to address with the KPFK<br />
GM.<br>We need to coordinate virtual/electronic ideas to spread<br />
KPFK&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;s<br />
presence throughout the Station signal area and beyond in 2022 moving forward. We need volunteers on the ground to help<br />
spread the word about KPFK 90.7 FM, a Non-Commercial listener supported radio station since 1959.<br>Update on Station<br />
matters...<br>Our current financial condition requires immediate strategies to help KPFK get over this current<br />
