*** The LSB Outreach
Committee is inviting you to its monthly meeting Monday April 25, 4PM (PT).
We normally meeting the last Sunday at
11:30 AM (PT), but the LSB is having a monthly meeting on that day again, at 10:00 AM (PT). We will return to this
regular time window in May.
The new Pacifica Foundation recently hired ED-Stephanie Wells and new KPFK Acting GM
Stuart Landau who may join us as well, but no guarantees.
A report from a recent Community Outreach effort
4-10-22 (see below). We will review recent outreach efforts and plan new activities. Action efforts in collaboration
with the KPFK Fund Raising Committee, Community advisory Board, PNB KPFK-Committee of Inclusion and others.
Go
over prior comments from Listeners/Members, then itemize issues to address with the KPFK AGM.
We need to coordinate
virtual/electronic ideas to spread KPFK's presence throughout the Station signal area and beyond in 2022 moving
forward. We need volunteers on the ground to help spread the word about KPFK 90.7 FM, a Non-Commercial listener
supported radio station since 1959.
Update on Station matters...
Our current financial condition requires
immediate strategies to help KPFK get over this current funk.

collaborate.
