  New Business :<br>                A. Motion to add LSB to email list of Management, Staff Unpaid and Paid, for cross<br />
communication for <br>                     station quality improvement.<br>                B. Motion for the PNB to<br />
instruct the iED to seek the KPFT GM analysis of 18 Public Affaires shows <br>                     and 2 music shows,<br />
all moved from the FM to the HD2 since June 6, 2021.  Majority of shows <br>                     moved were of BIPOC<br />
hosts.<br>                C. Motion for the PNB to instruct the iED to seek the reasoning for KPFA not carrying Covid,<br />
Race & <br>                    Democracy show, a network collaboration. <br>                D. A bylaws’ amendment for<br />
Town Hall Meeting ON THE AIR for LSB Town Halls and for a National <br>                    Town Halls, optimally twice a<br />
year, but at least once a year, on a weekend for two hours each with <br>                     half the time reserved and<br />
interspersed for Callers, <br>                    announced by different carts optimally _weeks in advance, no less than<br />
10 days in advance. <br>                    The hosts should be 4 different PNB hosts including the (i)ED for National<br />
Town Halls and different <br>                    LSB hosts changing every 30 min and the (I)GM and (I)PD.
