VOTING PROCEDURE

Pursuant to a motion adopted on September 29, 2020, the WBAI Program
Director Search
Committee elected a permanent Chair and permanent Secretary via electronic
mail.

ELECTORS

The following eight persons were recognized as members of the Subcommittee
with standing to
vote and to serve:

Safia Albaiti, John Devine, Rosalie Hoffman, Reggie Johnson, Errol
Maitland, Shawn Rhodes,
Max Schmid, Michael D. D. White.

Chair Pro Tem Shawn Rhodes sent electronic ballots and voting instructions
to all other
subcommittee members on September 29, 2020, at 11:30 PM EDT.

Quorum was not achieved by midnight on September 30. By agreement of the
ballot recipients,
the deadline was extended to midnight on October 8, 2020, which the Teller
remembered as
October 9, 2020. All but one subcommittee member responded by the October
9th extended
deadline.

BALLOT PROBLEMS

Two ballots were received in unexpected formats and transferred to a
conforming format. One
ballot was embedded in the body of an email message and anonymized into a
saved file.

WRITE-INS AND INCOMPLETE ELECTIONS

No votes for write-in candidates were attempted. The election was
complete.

PUBLIC TALLY

Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the public tally was held by Maestro
audio
teleconference rather than in person. Notice of the tally was posted on
the Pacifica Monthly
View on October 3, 2020 and voters were then alerted via email on October
6, 2020. The Public
Tally occurred at 4:05 pm Eastern Daylight Time on Saturday, October 10,
2020. There were no
ties to resolve.

BALLOT IDENTIFIERS

Each voter selected a code for their ballot, which appears bracketed after
the ballot number each
ChoicePlus Pro input file below. Voters can confirm that their votes were
properly recorded by
examining the sequence of four-letter candidate codes which follow their
