The LSB regular meeting will convene at 6:30pm. The meeting is open to the public via Zoom. The Community Comment<br />
portion of the meeting begins at a "Time Certain" of 7:30 pm, regardless of where we are in the agenda.<br><br>We will<br />
have an executive session at the close of the regular meeting. LSB members only can attend the executive<br />
session.<br><br>The executive session involves  a matter that is within the purview of the following Pacifica bylaws<br />
Article Six, Meetings of the Board of Directors, Section 7: Open Meetings: meetings are open with the exception of<br />
meetings that involve matters  dedicated to or predominantly regarding personnel. This executive session involves<br />
matters dedicated to and predominantly regarding personnel matters.<br>
