consideration of a motion from a KPFA PNB Director to remove one or more KPFK PNB Directors. This meeting may include an<br />
Executive Session based on  proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring confidential advice of<br />
counsel, involving commercial or financial information obtained on a privileged or confidential basis.
