The LSB regular meeting will convene at 6:30pm and will be open to the public. The Community Comment portion of the<br />
meeting begins at a "Time Certain" of 7:30 pm, regardless of where we are in the agenda.<br><br>We will have an<br />
executive session at the close of the regular meeting LSB members only can attend.The executive session involves a<br />
matter that is within the purview of the following Pacifica bylaws Article Six, Meetings of the Board of<br />
Directors,<br>Section 7: Open Meetings: meetings are open with the exception of meetings that involve matters dedicated<br />
to or predominantly regarding personnel, proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring confidential<br />
advice<br>of counsel involving commercial or financial information obtained on a privileged or confidential basis, or<br />
relating to apurchase of property or the use or engagement of services whenever the premature exposure of said purchase<br />
or sale,<br>in the Board's sole opinion may compromise the legitimate business interest of the Foundation.
