* On October 26, 2017, under Case Number RG17861044 in Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, Judge Julia
Spain ordered the Pacifica Foundation to restore Sharon E. Brown to her KPFK Local Station Board and Pacifica National
Board (PNB) seats. The Interim Executive Director, without PNB consultation, ordered Attorney Ford Greene to appeal this
determination. To date, PNB officers have failed to provide Ms. Brown with the credentials to participate in Board
meetings.
