The emergency KPFK LSB meeting scheduled for July 23, 2009 failed to<br />
attain quorum. The Chair appointed the attending LSB members to an<br />
ad-hoc Waivers Workgroup to develop a plan of action for LSB<br />
consideration. In compliance with a resolution adopted at the July<br />
18th LSB meeting, several waiver applicants with defective paperwork<br />
were contacted by telephone and their eligibility confirmed.<br />
