Minutes for the regular National Finance Committee meeting October 27,<br />
2009.<br />
<br />
Meeting convened at 9:02 PM (ET) a quorum being present, the Chair and<br />
Secretary being present.<br />

Attending: Grace Aaron, Campbell Johnson, Alberto Luera, R. Paul Martin,<br />
Summer Reese, Jamie Ross.<br />

Motion: (Jamie Ross) "That the National Finance Committee meet next on<br />
November 3, at 8:30 PM (ET); if there are no budgets posted by the morning<br />
of the meeting the Chair will cancel the meeting." (passed without<br />
objection)<br />

The committee then discussed the results of the various on-air fund<br />
raisers around the network. KPFK came in $67,000 over it's goal, KPFA made<br />
it's goal, WBAI, WPFW and KPFT were still pitching and were struggling.<br />

Motion: (Alberto Luera) "To adjourn." (Passed without objection)<br />
