Reason for Executive Session:  First meeting of the Management Evaluation Committee with purpose to discuss and evaluate WBAI Management personnel
Purpose: To discuss and evaluate WBAI management personnel Committee Members

The WBAI LSB Management Evaluation Committee met in executive session on May 26th, 2023 at 3:30 pm ET. The committee discussed means of collecting viewpoints and information relevant to evaluation of the General Manager and Program Director of WBAI.
Committee members present were: Rachel Barr, Eleanor Elizabeth Forman, Hazel Pindar, James Sagurton, Max Schmid, Michael D.D. White
Absent were: Katherine O Sullivan, Andre Ward
At this first meeting, the committee agreed to Michael D.D. White to serve as Chair Pro Tem and Kay Williams, as Secretary Pro Tem.
Nominations were taken for Chair and Secretary, to be elected by opavote, as follows:
Chair: Eleanor Elizabeth Forman (accepted)
Katherine O Sullivan (accepted later)
Michael D. D. White (accepted)
Secretary: Eleanor Elizabeth Forman (accepted, if not elected chair)
Kay Williams (accepted)

Next meeting, which will also be in Executive Session, was set for June 9th, 2023 at 3:30 pm.
