Audit Committee Meeting Cancelled - Teleconference
Purpose: Review FY2020 audit Committee Members

The announcement made that the FY2020 audit had been submitted to the CA AG’s office was premature; it was completed but was not filed with the State of California. Those of us who made that announcement were under the misconception that it had indeed been filed, and we apologize for the error.

As it turns out, we are not required to file our FY2020 audit with the CA AG office until the due date of August 16; at that time, or sooner if it’s ready, we will send the audit, IRS tax return (Form 990), and the annual State of California Registration Renewal Fee Report (RRF-1) to the Registry of Charitable Trusts in the California Attorney General’s office.

The FY2020 audit will be released to the public at the same time as the full set of documents is completed and sent off.
