Agenda: 1. LSB Programming Committee motion 
               New Business :
                A. Motion to add LSB to email list of Management, Staff Unpaid and Paid, for cross communication for 
                     station quality improvement.
                B. Motion for the PNB to instruct the iED to seek the KPFT GM analysis of 18 Public Affaires shows 
                     and 2 music shows, all moved from the FM to the HD2 since June 6, 2021.  Majority of shows 
                     moved were of BIPOC hosts.
                C. Motion for the PNB to instruct the iED to seek the reasoning for KPFA not carrying Covid, Race & 
                    Democracy show, a network collaboration. 
                D. A bylaws’ amendment for Town Hall Meeting ON THE AIR for LSB Town Halls and for a National 
                    Town Halls, optimally twice a year, but at least once a year, on a weekend for two hours each with 
                     half the time reserved and interspersed for Callers, 
                    announced by different carts optimally _weeks in advance, no less than 10 days in advance. 
                    The hosts should be 4 different PNB hosts including the (i)ED for National Town Halls and different 
                    LSB hosts changing every 30 min and the (I)GM and (I)PD.
