The LSB Outreach Committee is inviting you to its monthly meeting Sunday May 29, 22, 11:30 AM (PDT). We meet the last Sunday of the month.

We will review recent outreach efforts and plan new activities. Action initiatives and collaborate with the KPFK Fund Raising Committee.

Invite the recently hired Pacifica Foundation ED-Executive Director Stephanie Wells to introduce herself and give a run down on KPFK and the network in general.
Hopefully she can join us then.
We must plan the 1st KPFK-LSB Town Hall event for 2022 and the 2nd later in the year. 
At least two LSB Outreach Town Halls are mandated under the Pacifica Foundation Bylaws.

And we are aiming for a physical event once again, to bring our non commercial Radio Station KPFK 90,7 FM diveresed communities to participate.
Which is why is crucial the ED Stephanie Wells is engaged to see to it that on air promotion is accessible once again.

The KPFK Personnel Committee is undergoing the process of hiring either a new Interim or permanent GM-General Manager very soon.
 
We will go over comments from Listeners/Members, then itemize issues to address with the current KPFK IGM stuart Landau if he can join us then.

We need to coordinate virtual/electronic ideas to spread KPFK's presence throughout the Station signal area and beyond in 2022 moving forward. We need volunteers on
the ground to help spread the word about KPFK 90.7 FM, a Non-Commercial listener supported radio station since 1959.

Update on Station matters...
Our current financial condition requires immediate strategies to help KPFK get over this current funk.
