This is a Special Meeting called by the Officers of the KPFA Local Station Board, 
It is a Delegate Assembly for consideration of a motion from a KPFA PNB Director to remove and replace a KPFA Listener PNB Director. This meeting may include an Executive Session based on  proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring confidential advice of counsel, involving commercial or financial information obtained on a privileged or confidential basis.
