The emergency KPFK LSB meeting scheduled for July 23, 2009 failed to
attain quorum. The Chair appointed the attending LSB members to an
ad-hoc Waivers Workgroup to develop a plan of action for LSB
consideration. In compliance with a resolution adopted at the July
18th LSB meeting, several waiver applicants with defective paperwork
were contacted by telephone and their eligibility confirmed.
