Emergency Session: Seat 2020 Station Directors (provided all stations have completed voting for PNB Directors)
Discuss a non-confidential legal item
Purpose: Meeting is cancelled. Committee Members

This special meeting is being called by Directors Steinberg, Aaron and Sagurton to seat new 2020 Directors (if elections at all stations are completed) and to discuss a non-confidential legal issue. Part of the meeting will be in executive session to discuss confidential legal and personnel issues.
