| Emergency Session: This special meeting of the PNB is being called by Directors Alex Steinberg, Grace Aaron and Carole Travis in order to address issues of financial accountability, including a review of Pacifica's debts, expenses and revenues. In addition a motion from Programming Committee regarding a free speech case going to the Supreme Court will be discussed. This is an open meeting but part of the meeting that addresses confidential business issues may go into Executive Session and to approve minutes from closed meetings.
